Before that, he served as a federal computer crimes prosecutor and state regulator, which means he has seen how compliance failures look from the enforcement side long before they become headlines. He has built four global privacy programs as Chief Privacy Officer and has sat on CIO staff as a cybersecurity attorney — the regulatory side, the in-house legal side, and the architecture side, all from a single vantage point.
